Warranty Policy

At Zephh, we take pride in the craftsmanship, durability, and design of every piece we create. To reflect this commitment, we offer a 60-month limited warranty on our furniture, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase.

What's covered:

  • Structural Integrity: Frames made from wood or metal across sofas, beds, dining tables, and more.
  • Functional Mechanisms: Hydraulic storage systems, recliners, headrests, etc.
  • Upholstery Workmanship: Stitching, foam resilience, and construction quality

What's not covered:

  • Damages caused by accidents, misuse, impact, spills, burns, or improper cleaning.
  • Natural aging or soiling of upholstery due to regular use.
  • Natural variations in materials (like wood grain, color, or texture).
  • Use in commercial or outdoor settings (unless expressly agreed in writing).
  • Issues arising from modifications or repairs not done by Zephh-approved professionals.
  • Improper installation or unintentional mishandling during relocation or service by third parties.

Your Role:

  • Please retain your original invoice or order confirmation.
  • Share photos and a brief description when reporting a concern.

Our Commitment to You

If an issue arises, our team will assess and determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate. If a particular model or finish is no longer available, we’ll offer the closest possible alternative.

Note: Any service performed under this warranty does not extend the original 60-month coverage.
